Since all of our products are custom made to order at the time the order is placed, we only offer returns to products are received defective. If you received a defective item (printed aesthetic or damaged item) or if the wrong item was sent to you, please e-mail us within 72 hours of receiving the item to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the defective item and the order number.
Refunds will only be issued for defective items or if it was a mistake that was made on our part such as sending you the wrong item. We do not issue refunds because of buyer's remorse or delayed shipping. Please reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable the return balance will be issued as store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return
We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.
